All of my services are designed for the novice to experienced rider.  Whether you ride english, western, or something in between I can help.  Any age, breed, discipline, and ability can benefit from the conditioned response training.  You and your horse will receive the individual attention needed to obtain your goals.

    Ground Control

    • Whether it be a walk to the paddock or a showmanship pattern in front of a judge.  I'll show you how to make handling your horse a breeze

    Riding Clinics

    • Riding clinics are designed to give you the tools and confidence you need to succeed on the trail or in the arena.  For your convenience clinics can be held at your location.

                   3-Day and 5-Day* clinics are available

  • Private Training

    • If you have a problem that needs to be fixed, you are just starting out, or want to improve more advanced maneuvers.  I will personally work with your horse each day.  You are encouraged to participate in all stages of the training so you can build a stronger bond with your "perfect" horse

    • These are training sessions to help you better communicate with your horse, building a stronger and healthier relationship.  We cover basic handling, control, and riding exercises.

    • We work in a small group-- maximum of 5 riders

    • I can cover a specific topic or it can be open forum.  You can submit a horse to be used or I can use my horse.

In response to Perfect Horse' suggestion to get a trainer for my spooky horse, I found Tabatha.  I was seriously considering selling Silver because of his spooking issues.  Tabatha came to our place, she showed me in a calm, uncomplicated way how to get Silver to respond to my cues, and how to deal with him when he felt like spooking. After a couple sessions, Tabatha got on Silver and I went around and did everything I could to make Silver spook (walking into the woods and shaking trees, making all sorts of bangs and noises, things he would have thrown me for!!!), and even though he was nervous, I saw that she could control him with the methods she had shown me.  It was, to me, incredible. I got on and was able to do the same thing. Since then, I've been working him in the ring, and have gone on trails in a more relaxed, confident manner.  Tabatha has an easy going, down-to-earth personality, and thanks to her I'm on the way to owning my own "perfect" horse!  Beth Ackerman  Lakeville, PA
